It’s that time of year again- Mud Digger is back. Featuring bangers from Colt Ford, The LACS, Moonshine Bandits, and more, Average Joes Entertainment once again shows why they are the premier country rap label with the release of Mud Digger 7.

A staple from Average Joes, the 7th iteration in their Mud Digger series is so much more than a compilation album. There are several tracks on this album that have never before been released on CD, making this a must-own for any hardcore country rap fan. These songs were hand-picked by Colt Ford and his crew over at Average Joes to give you the ultimate mudding soundtrack of 2016.

Mud Digger 7 opens with a fantastic live version of Colt Ford’s “Crank It Up,” which you can’t find on any other albums. That isn’t the only surprise though- MD7 also features a brand new, unreleased track from The LACS ft. Ziggy Pockets called “Floating.” We’ve all had one too many beers while going tubing down our favorite river, and that’s exactly what the song describes- forgetting your troubles and just floating away without a care in the world. Highly recommend this for next time you go tubing with some good people.

Other highlights from the album include the CD debut of Average Joes newcomer Tommy Chayne with his track, “Booze Cruise.” One of the most talked new country rap songs of the summer, “Booze Cruise” has that nice flow that’s perfect to bump while getting loose with some good company out on the water. Chayne raps about drinking shine on a pontoon, something most of us can relate to when the suns out and we don’t have sh*t to do but party and have a good time.

Even if you’ve heard every track on this album (which you haven’t) Mud Digger 7 is worth owning purely as a collector’s item. I personally have 1-6 and can’t wait to add this to my collection- it just might be the best one in the series so far. The album drops September 2, so get your ass in gear and get this thing- I promise you won’t regret it.
